Free Pre-Concert Event: Musick in Manchester 1744/45

Come join us at the Manchester Central Library for a fascinating pre-concert event! You will have the unique opportunity to meet and spend time with the musicians of Manchester Baroque, including Dr Pauline Nobes who you'll be able to chat to about her insightful research into Manchester's first ever concert series. You will also have the rare opportunity to view some of the original eighteenth-century scores housed in the library's historic collections, which will then be used in the very concert that you are about to see. Take this opportunity to step back in time and explore the wonderful musical heritage of Manchester!
